detail the four questions every author needs to ask his or her characters: Who are you? What is your problem? Why do you beh ave like that? What are you going to say? We'll also discuss the three things every character needs: a dream, a flaw, and a moral compass.
INSTRUCTOR BIO: Sheila Roberts
writes women's fiction for St. Martin's Press. She has been published with
various publishers since 1989. She has eighteen novels to her credit, with
number nineteen scheduled to come out in spring of 2009. She's also written two
non-fiction books and has provided content for four books in the Thomas
Nelson Inspiring
Words gift book
series. Sheila is a popular
speaker at women's retreats and writing conferences across the country.
